Information for Booking Arcadia Guest House
High season is 1st October to 30th of April. Low season is 1st of May to 31st of September. High season is $400 per night (inc GST, cleaning, booking fee) Low season is $350 per night (inc GST, cleaning, booking fee)
Minimum stay is 2 nights. There is a 10% discount on stays 7 days and over and a 15% discount on stays 14 days and over.
T & C's
50% deposit required when confirming booking. Final payment required to be paid 7 days before arrival. Cancellations - full deposit refunded if cancelling over 2 weeks before arrival date. No deposit refunded if cancelled under 2 weeks before arrival date.
